  *RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The purpose of this position is to lead or support individual, multi-disciplined real estate project
solutions for clients, with occasional direct accountability for delivery of smaller projects.
2. Characteristics of responsible projects:
• Complexity: Simple to Medium
• Risk: Medium
• Project Value: Typically < $1.0 Million USD
3. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for or to support the successful management and
implementation of all facets of the assigned project (schedule, budget, procurement, quality &
risk) for all the projects assigned for the contracted duration of the Project including design,
procurement, construction, occupancy and close out.
4. The PM demonstrates experience and capability to read, understand and apply standard to
moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to:
agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.
5. The PM Interfaces directly with client’s in house teams to define the specific project
requirements and with the Senior Project Manager’ guidance or independently prepares scopes
of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan
schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification
6. In a day to day manner, the PM leads the delivery of smaller projects providing project guidance
and direction to achieve project goals. Or, the PM participates as a member of a larger project
team.
7. The PM demonstrates ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency
plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
8. The PM must have the ability to prepare or write reports, manuals, and project documents. The
PM should be able to motivate and negotiate effectively with key project team members, client
groups and to take desired action.
9. The PM is to contribute or participate in the day to day operations and development of the PJM
Department by;
• Proactively utilizing and applying their professional knowledge for the benefit of the company
and at all times exercising an exemplary level of professional ethics and Duty of Care when
performing their duties.
• When requested by the SPM, the PM is expected to contribute to other projects which are not
directly assigned to them in the roles or for the tasks requested.
• Representing CBRE and the CBRE PJM Department positively and to promote the growth of the
Department.
• From time to time as requested by the AD or SPM and or due to specific project related duties,
the PM will be expected to work outside of normal working hours or at non-office locations.

*REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or higher in a technical area of study such as Project
Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Quality Surveying field
and;
- Able to work anywhere not only in Phnom Penh but Poipet, Laos, and other places...
- Professional License in the area of expertise (desired) and;
- 4-7 years or more of practical experience in the field of the degree held and;
- 2+ years of practical experience as a Project Manager and;.
- Practical knowledge of all aspects of a project’s management and
execution and;
- Spoken and written English ability to be able to communicate effectively with foreign team
members and;
- Basic CAD or Revit capability (desired)
- Project Management or Construction Management Certificate (desired)
- LEED certificate or equal (desired)
