  ** Work with Departments:
This person will work with the Sales, Marketing Dept., CM Dept., Costing Dept, Design Dept, Project Management Dept., Factory and all external customers

** SALES WORK
1. Work with customers that contact AA Interiors Cambodia ltd (AICA) and evaluate the customer’s request. Work as a one door sales portal that guides customers to the correct company/department within AICA Corp.
2. Evaluate project details, specifications, scope of work and other requests from customers. Recommend follow up action for AICA and the relevant persons in charge.
3. Accompany customers to the AICA Factory in Vietnam, Head Office and other project sites in order to “sell” AICA (when they need).
4. Work with customers and have in depth knowledge about sales products/services for the following divisions within AA Corporation in Vietnam:
a. AA Furniture (Built In, Loose, Upholstery)
b. AA Interior Services (Interior Fit Out)
c. AA Overseas (Overseas Fit Out and Export Loose)
d. AA Design Build Services
e. Contract Sales (Sales of traded brands)
5. Contact strategic customers to introduce AICA in a professional manner.
6. Visit customers on site and sell AICA project capabilities for interior services.
7. Update all reports weekly for customers that have contacted AICA or customers that are scheduled to visit AICA.
8. Target new projects for AICA to chase for sales purposes.
9. Manage the AICA Showroom and ensure that the aesthetic of the showroom is always representative of AICA quality and products.
10. Work directly with customers that visit AICA Showroom and help to guide them about our production.

** QUOTATIONS/TENDERS
11. Transfer all customer and tender information to CM Dept and work closely with CM Dept to follow the quotation until a project is awarded.
12. Clarify all details with the client, to help CM Dept make a quotation. Prior to transferring to CM Dept. Sales is responsible to find out what information is included or excluded in the quotation document set. Also, Sales to gather as much information as possible about the project for quoting.
13. Follow up with customers during tender submission period to gain valuable sales information.
14. Confirm reason for AICA winning or losing each tender bid.
15. Ensure handover to PM in the project department is smooth and 100% clear to ensure the project management success of the project.

  - Must have a good understanding of the project business, furniture production/sales and understanding of general sales work.
- Must be outgoing and willing to engage with customers.
- Eager to learn about technical details for furniture and interior contracting, while also able to “sell” AA’s capabilities and professionalism.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English or Vietnamese with good interpersonal skills.
