  - Provide trainings and support to the team of Merchant Acquisition Officers
- Supervise or manage the team of Merchant Acquisition Officers
- Grow and develop the consumer database through multi-facet data collection and Sales communication methods.
- Ensure a cohesive sales techniques or strategies and that commercial and brand objectives are met.
- Co-ordinate and give directions to IT team, Marketing Team with lifestyle and marketing imagery and design for all company's web sites and platforms.
- Research, identify and implement new online customer acquisition opportunities (B2B and B2C).
- Research, identify and implement new sales trategies, consumer deals or promotions in order to increase customer acquisition and supplier presence.
- Travel to potential customers to present company's solutions/products.
- Smoothly work in sales and marketing environment of all 6 company's core solutions/products.
- Creating strategies for securing sales and increasing visibility with key accounts.
- Working with web product developer to find the ways to raise awareness of products sold at e-commerce site
- Handle, manage and/or coordinate and/or assist with management of all social networking sites.
- Keep in touch with the need and expectation of the website visitor for improvement.
- Manage ongoing and new developments in relation to the company website.
- Analyze customer research data and market condition.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales report.
- Prepare weekly sale forecast & action plan.
- Identify sales issues and opportunities and promote sales revenue.
- Create Sales Target or Merchant Acquisition Targets and ensure sales or Merchant Acquisition target is met.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good client relationships.
- Follow up with existing customers and develop new customers.
- Analyze and investigate prices, demands, and competitions.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing
  - Male or female.
- BBA of Sales & Marketing Management or Relation management is preferable.
- Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and other creative and design solutions knowledge is highly - eferable and knowledge of at least few of the mentioned is a must.
- More than 2 year experience of sales staff supervisory in E-commerce or research and development will be advantageous.
- Ability to manage and analyzing social media and other online marketing tools and solutions.
- Well written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of any other language is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Khmer language is preferable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good problem solving skill.
- Can work under time pressure.
- Friendly, patient, flexible, reliable.
- Self-confident and self-motivational.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Willing to learn and subdue to further studies.
