  Job Summary: Senior HR & Admin Executive has responsibilities to support HR & Admin Supervisor to conduct Staffing, Employee Relation, Compensations and Benefits, Training Coordination, Personnel Management, Organization Development and Administration tasks.

HR Duty:

• Assist HR & Admin Supervisor in process cycle of recruitment to need Kofi man power supply.
• Assist HR & Admin Supervisor in payroll operation of Kofi.
• Process all staff administration movement affairs for Kofi including staff hiring, transfer, promote, resign, terminate etc.
• Process increment of the employee of the Company on yearly basis.
• Manage staff performance during probation period.
• Prepare monthly head count report for the Company.
• Help to solve all office staffs problems and conflicts.
• Build good communication with all employees to maintain relationship of the Company.
• Participate in staff performance evaluation of Kofi.
• Arrange staff training courses and other induction training programs.

Administration Duty:

• Assist HR & Admin Supervisor to manage all workers include drivers, cleaners, cooks, and officers.
• Control office administration and equipment supply.
• Prepare internal employee announcement and implementation.
• Assist HR & Admin Supervisor of external public relation.
• Assist HR & Admin Supervisor regulation up to date and report any employee feedback.
• Ensure Documentation Management both had & soft format.
• Respects company rules and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resources Management, General Management, Business Management, Law or relevant and Minimum Age: 20
• Minimum two (2) year professional working experience in Human Recourse & Admin Management.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Ms. Office, and Internet-Email.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Advance knowledge of English proficiency both speaking and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
• Positive attitude and positive thinking.
