  - Leads and manages the HR Department, including the medical staff.
- Maintain the social dialogue, sees to harmonious industrial relations and when and if necessary manages the collective or individual labor conflicts, and/or leads the negotiations pertaining to industrial relations under the supervision of the CEO and with the support of the Secretary General (SG) and in cooperation with the concerned HODs.
-Contributes to the recruitment in cooperation with the concerned HODs.
- Writes and manages the labor contracts, in cooperation with the SG whenever necessary.
- Applies the different aspects of the HR policy.
- Applies the internal rules and related procedures.
- Sees to the application and respect of the Labor code.
- Contributes to the definition of the Human Resource policy.
- Under the supervision of the CEO and in cooperation with the HODs, sees to the management of careers, in conformity with the Human Resources policy.
- After defining the needs in the cooperation with the HODs, identifies, proposes, manages and evaluates the training that will be given in order to on one hand increase the skills within the company and enable it to enact its defined strategy, and on the other hand bring out and win the loyalty of the best talents.
- Advises the CEO and the other HODs in HR and labor law matters, with the support of the SG whenever needed.
  - University degree in Human Resources, Law or Political Sciences.
- 10-15 years in Human Resources with 5-10 years as HR Director.
- Values and seeks human interactions.
- Honest and fair, which requires a great ability to listen, empathy but with a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Patient and tough but uncompromising with principles.
- Intellectually rigorous but flexible in attitude.
- Able to adapt his/her behavior and his/her speech according to the party without betraying the content.
- Capable of firmness vis-a-vis all without distinction fo level, to ensure compliance with established rules.
- Loves and knows how to work in teams, both with his/her subordinates and with colleagues.
- Able to organize and advance his/her team.
- Has a sense of his/her prerogatives and limits, respects those of others, but able to work effectively while respecting this balance.
- Has worked in a structured company belonging to an international group with advanced HR procedures and policies.
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus.
