  1. Work with Store Chef to control the quality of kitchen products.

2. Work with Store Chef to control the hygiene in his work areas, equipment and materials.

3. With Store Manager and Store Chef, control all outlets kitchen inventory of his products.

4. With Store Manager, maintain the good food cost in all outlets.

5. Periodically check the orders of supply food semi-products

6. Work closely with the Store Chefs, Store Manager, Central Kitchen Operation Chef, and Head of Products.

7. Work with Store Chef and Store Manager to approve the monthly work schedule of his staff. Develop positive attitude on job skills, knowledge, autonomy and creativity of the chefs and kitchen staffs in all company outlets.

9. Provide the chefs and kitchen staffs with the basics of working in a kitchen in order to increase their qualification and culinary knowledge.

10. Adapt to their capacities and aptitudes.

11. Respect the needs and individuality of the staff.

12. Develop their self-confidence.

13. Training of the outlet kitchen staffs.

14. Control the daily operation of all company outlet kitchens.

15. Develop kitchen staffs skills on delegation.

16. Work and communicate closely and effective with all departments at company head office.

17. Set an example and ensure that staff adheres to dress code and behavior as well as hygiene standards.

18. With Executive Chef and Head of Products, research for new food products.

19. Ensure that all guest complaints and Store Manager feedback relevant to kitchen areas are handled in a professional manner. Obtaining maximum results in the kitchen areas as of quality levels, performance and standards of service as techniques with the aim of a maximum guest satisfaction at a minimum of cost.

20. Conduct a structured weekly meeting with all Central Kitchen staffs.

  1. At least in Sr. De Partie level

2. Having background from at least 4 stars Hotel

3. Having Western cooking skill is preferred
