  1. Work with Outlet Chefs and Operation Chef to control the quality of semi products.

2. Control daily production of all semi-products and the hygiene in his work areas, equipment and materials.

3. Check the consumption of ingredients producing semi-product.

4. Control the inventory of his semi products.

5. Maintain good food cost of the semi-products.

6. Approve orders of supply for semi-product and Central Kitchen Staff’s meal and transfer them to the Purchasing Manager and Warehouse manager for ingredients supplies.

7. Work closely with the Executive Chef, Head Products, Operation Chef, Warehouse Manager and Supply Chain Manager.

8. Develop positive attitude on job skills, knowledge, autonomy and creativity of the chefs and kitchen staffs in central kitchen.

9. Provide the chefs and kitchen staffs in central kitchen with the basics of working in a kitchen in order to increase their qualification and culinary knowledge.

10. Adapt to their capacities and aptitudes.

11. Respect the needs and individuality of the staff.

12. Develop their self-confidence.

13. Training of the staff.

14. Control the daily operation at Central Kitchen.

15. Develop kitchen staffs skills on delegation.

16. Work and communicate closely and effectively with all departments in the company head office.

17. Set an example and ensure that staff adheres to dress code and behavior as well as hygiene standards according to Central Kitchen Manual.

18. Ensure that all store chefs and store manager’s feedback relevant to semi-products are handled in a professional manner.

19. Conduct a structured weekly meeting with all Central Kitchen staffs.
