  Product Positioning & Strategic
• Deliver a 3 years business plan to grow the Retail Business to the next level beyond just Device or Device Bundling
• Create the perception the Shop is the first place for our consumer to discover, try & buy , receive product education and obtain after sales support for 4G LTE devices, Music & Lifestyle apps & content and other services
• Leverage our largest of retail presences, we can work closely with device & solution partners in order to be first to showcase their latest product/service
• Work closely with right device & solution partners in our GTM plans (Press Events, Product Launches and A&P)
• Develop Device Product Roadmap and pricing strategy with the support from our key device partners to ensure our product & services remains competitive in the market place

Performance Management
• Deliver the Year 1 Business Target (2016) of Revenue, Device Market Share by Category and Customer Satisfaction Index/NPS
• Manage the performance of the entire retail force daily, weekly and quarterly to ensure all targets will be met or exceed
• Create program that will drive traffic into our retail presence
• Continue to have program that will create awareness of our shop presence among the population within 1 km, 5 KM, and 10 KM respectively
• Preparation of the Sales Incentive Program for all sales coded personnel
• Ensure call plan, daily brief and daily task by all retail team are being executed
• Ensure our inventory at all shops are optimized at all times
• Ensure the team always exceed the mystery shopping targets in our customer service, retail and overall shop ambience

Customer Service
• Work closely with Digital Transformation Team to ensure most of our touch points within the retail shop are reengineered towards digitization, self-service and mobile friendly
• Work closely with Digital Transformation Team on consumer profile to ensure all our valuable assets and information are accurate and in good order
• Work closely with Digital Transformation Team to ensure all our policy and processes are in place and under control

People Management
• Hire & Develop the right line supervisor that can lead and manage their own shop respectively
• Organize training program to groom towards a highly effective retail force and willing to be a coach/mentor to the team leaders
• Guide and support new sales personnel in customer handling and possible show them how to solve complication complains.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing or similar.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Services, Retail or/and Mobile Technology
• 3 years in retail and people management
• Good office automation skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication and personal skills.
• Able to communicate in Khmer & English proficiently (Chinese language is a plus)
