  Offer the following support to the Executive Managemen:
• Organize the schedules and priorities by taking decisions on his behalf
• Providing translation services
• Controlling calendars.
• Diary management and organization of workload.
• Organizing Travel arrangements.
• Preparation of reports and general correspondence and assisting in the completion of business Cases and negotiations.
• Liaison with all stakeholders involved in projects and filtering of telephone calls.
• Minute meetings for the Executive Management, communicating the delegation of action points, and reporting back on performance against actions.
• Be a 'gate-keeper' to the Executive Management, providing reliable support and understanding the business needs and priorities.
• Be able to travel within Cambodia and within South East Asia
• Any other duties the Executive Management may require.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluent in English, Khmer and Vietnamese - this is mandatory
• Experience of providing support as an executive assistant to Executive Management.
• Ability to "manage" the Executive Management- rather than be an individual who needs to be managed, and be used to taking initiative at a highly professional level.
• A self-starter who will excel in a very fast paced, demanding environment providing reliable support and understanding the business needs and priorities
• Ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment.
• Professional manner and dynamic attitude.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and organize workloads.
• Ability to priorities workload on a daily basis.
• Commitment and adherence to confidentiality.
• A commitment to quality ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional approach and follow company code of conduct at all times.
