  Relationship
- Reporting directly to the Head Chef.
- In the capacity of the Sous Chef, sets tasks, section responsibilities and supervises subordinate kitchen
personnel.
- Cooperates, coordinates and communicates closely with all food and Beverage, Purchasing/Accounting and Front of house staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilizing staff and resources available, organize and facilitate the highest possible standards of food service
in the restaurant.
- Ensure concerns with product and service are communicated with the Head Chef.- Ensure self and staff display professional, friendly and helpful service to all guests and fellow staff.
- Promote and encourage self and staff to follow the Company Mission, Visions, Values.

Encourage clear communication lines and forums between all staff.

- Consults with the Head Chef on staff matters including hiring, evaluating, suspending, training…etc.
- Implements and controls procedures that provide for the security, health and safety of personnel and guests.
- Understands requirements for emergency situations and is able to coordinate activities in an emergency
situation. Ensure key staff is trained to assist in these circumstances.

  - Minimum 5 years of working experiences within a hotel or high class restaurant kitchen.
- Previous experience in a high caliber restaurant is essential.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Certification in Training Small Groups, Supervision and/or Health and Safety is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of all culinary operations.
- Knowledge of volume production and ability to maintain the highest international service standards.
- Effectively dispenses the a la carte orders and event orders paying attention to detail, with effective time management.
- Good management, leadership, and training skills as well as a strong passion for a controlling costs.
- Good command in English Communication Skills,
- Good command in using Computer, MS Offices, any design artwork is preferable.
- Pleasant personality and healthy looking

- Be reliable, honest, and punctual

- Be able to work with flexible shift (afternoon/evening/morning shifts)
- Be eager to learn new things/ skills
- Be committed
- Be honest, and not afraid to ask for help instead of pretending
