  1. Manage and lead front office staff/reception to provide the clear and full information to the people who come to ask study information
2. Train receptionists on how to talk and provide the good customer services
3. Collect and analyze customers' complaints and suggestions
4. Design and find the any suitable solutions to respond to the customers’ problems
5. Advise on front office sales
6. Manage call center on how to make and keep good communication with customers
7. Create any good ways to make the customer service more beneficial for both customers and company
