- Responsible for representing, building and maintaining good commercial relationship for the HANUMAN BRAND in the Airline industry, commercial and NGO markets.
- Responsible for updating the line sales manager and the office team in the new development of the airline industry such as new airfares, promotional airfares, taxes, new routes operational, new airline operation every fortnight.
- Responsible for allocating the best route, best airfare, booking flights for Hanumans clients (existing and new.
- Responsible for sourcing the most competitive ticketing suppliers for Hanuman.
- Responsible in maintaining good working relationship with colleagues and superior officers in alignment with Hanuman organization culture.
- As part of your job responsibility, you shall ensure that the Ticketing Office operating hours between 12:00 pm to 2:00pm is manned and not left unattended, to cater for the needs of walk-in clients.
- To sell tickets to walk in customers in both French and English and help Sales hold, book and issue tickets for flights for Hanuman clients.
- To take part in regular training sessions at Abacus to learn the system.
- Increase sales revenue from the ticketing department.

2. Honest, friendly, flexible and willing to work hard.
3. Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management will be plus.
5. Good command in English.
6. Computer Literacy: Ms.Word, Excel and Outlook.
7. At least 1 years experience in ticketing and Abacus system or Amadeus and Galileo.
8. Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and focus in order to minimize ticketing errors and unnecessary costs to the company.
5. Strong knowledge of air fares and issuing tickets.
6. Strong knowledge of all domestic, regional and international carriers operating throughout Southeast Asia and internally within Cambodia.
7. Willing to be contacted out of office hours, during days off or public holidays when required to resolve any flight related issues.
