  1. Sales Target monitoring and achievement
2. Ensure permanent, semi permanent, temporary merchandising items are executed as per guideline by Field Representatives
3. Maintain NBR, SIS & Champion reports among other daily reports
4. Provide on the job training to promoters
5. Field Force Monitoring
6. Work with ND & store managers for better coordination

Tasks:
1. Sales Target monitoring and achievement
a) Ensure Promoter Target achievement
b) Target Vs. Achievement monitoring on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis
c) Ensure 100% accurate sell-out data submission on e-Leader and manually.
d) Monitor and analyze store wise Lumia Sell-out performance
e) Set Non Brand Promoter Supported Retail target as per set guideline
f) Ensure Non Brand Promoter Supported Retail target achievement by Field Representatives
g) GR Target Vs. Achievement monitoring on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.
h) Ensure 100% accurate sell-out data submission for GRs
i) Monitor and analyze Store wise performance for GRs

2. Ensure permanent, semi permanent, temporary merchandising items are executed as per guideline
a) For permanent, semi permanent follow up with concerned agency & MMDS.
b) Ensure execution of temporary merchandising/dummies as per guideline.
c) Coordinate with MMDS for merchandising/dummy/other asset requirements for all retails.

3. Maintain NBR, SIS & Champion Reports
a) DSSR report/weekly
b) NBR update/weekly
c) SIS update/weekly
d) Champion update/weekly
e) Any other adhoc reports.

4. Ensure Team training in correlation with Academy Trainer
a) Arrange on the job training program for promoters & Field Representatives as per Academy guidelines.
b) Give promoters and Field representatives in-store training as per Academy guidelines
c) Evaluate training needs of Promoters and arrange special trainings in correlations with the Academy team.

5. Field Force Monitoring
a) Ensure all promoter day-to-day sales and target achievement
b) On time promoter reporting in store
c) On time FR reporting at LD
d) Maintain Grooming guidelines
e) Live Demo maintenance
f) BP & FR attendance & Leave management
g) Maintain Team Discipline
h) Selection, rotation/replacement of FF team

6. Work with ND & Store Managers for better coordination
a) Work with ND & store manger to follow up the supply chain.

  a. At least 3 years’ experience in sales and distribution, preferably in mobile phones or a consumer durable company emphasizing on retail presence.
b. Exposure of Modern Trade business and consumer orientations.
c. Strong track record in sales / sales management and experience in supervising a sales team
