  *** Job Responsibilities:

 With direct report/communication to Senior Supervisor, Customer Service shall:
 Ensure smooth and effective operations of the Customer Service and Customer Care
 Handle and process incoming applications by LIC from the stage of receiving applications to New Business & Underwriting department within the agreed completion time as well as provide training/ coaching to juniors, etc.
 Very good at complaint handling skill
 Provide sound and practical solutions to customers and sales complaint and any related issues through close consultation with stakeholders
 Ensure completion of all related tasks in service projects as planned to provide benefits and for customers to be more
 convenient during theirs insurance term with our company.

  *** Key Success Factors:

 Ensure that the Customer Service Center and Customer Service Support are well organized and managed
 Supervise the tasks of Customer Service Officers and Customer Service Support staff to ensure accurate handling, procedures, and quick completion duration of customers’ applications
 Handle enquiries and complaints in a positive and professional manner and communicate quickly for immediate solutions when necessary
 Ensure that the cash handling of premium collection at the Customer Service Center is accurately returned at the end of work
 Coordinate with relevant departments within and outside Operations to resolve current complaints in order to have preventive actions to decrease future complaints
 Coordinate with relevant departments within and outside Operations to ensure the Customer Appreciation Day is well organized and managed
 Initiate ideas on how to enhance customers’ satisfactions through customer service and customer care activities different from competitors
 Coach and train new and existing staff in areas of responsibilities and staff from other functions as necessary
 Support other sections within Operations or outside in relevant projects as required
 Take part to actively provide feedbacks and initiatives to bring corrective action to improve quality of service delivery; example: team briefing, team meeting and sharing of the best practices, etc.
 Produce regular reports and perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager
