  - Accountable for overall planning, budgeting and achieving of the Key
Performance Indicator (KPIs) set
- Lead and manage a team of direct and indirect reports within the country
- Establish strong and long term relationships and constantly seek out new business opportunities with key customers
- Act as the strong driver to push for execution of strategies into the market
- Influence and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to drive for desired results
- Responsible for accurate forecasting and keeping Management engaged in a timely manner
- Responsible for constant reporting back to Management on deliverables.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit
- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, training and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  - Strong knowledge and experience of the property market in Cambodia
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sale and have in depth understanding of the domestic market .
- Able to identify trend and market opportunities.
- Experiences in senior level engagement - has the ability to represent the business as senior business leader with C-level executive .
- Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally
- high level selling and negotiation skills
- Able to converse well in both English and Khmer language .
