  Job Responsibility

I. OT:

- Verify container OT updated by Ad/HR Assistant
- Prepare OT (Container, OT daily, Incentive, and Attendant Bonus).

II. Employee Insurance and claim:

- Update head count and report to Insurance at the end of month about new staff and staff resigned.
- Coordinate with insurance and hospital when staff got accident.
- Prepare document to claim to insurance if the treatment take out of insurance corporate hospital.
- Follow up insurance about claim process.

III. Update head count report & other reporting

- Head Count Report - new staff member & resign staff;
- Calculate payroll for new staff and staff resigned base on leave and attendant report.

- Update company structure base on head count report.

IV. Assist in Recruitment:

- Develop job description.
- Advertising the announcement by newspaper, website and network
- Collect and screening CVs for short list.
- Arrange schedule to interview.
- Negotiate the potential candidate about salary
- Report to HRM about interview.

V. Staff Profile:

- New staff CV

- People ID card, Family book, Residence letter, reference letter and bank account

- Appointment letter and job description.

VI. Staff Orientation and Training:

- Orient company policies.
- Introduce team member and other department.

VII. Office Security:

- Control CCVT with IT to make sure the camera work properly.
- Weekly check files and up.
- Check the camera when the problem occurs;

VIII. Office Operation:

- Consolidate collector staff list for AP (Gasoline, Phone card and oil) at the end of each month.
- Consolidate delivery staff list for AP (Phone card) at the end of each month.
- Coordinate with Cold, Dry and Delivery Department to consolidate staff working on Sunday

IX. Company Policies:

- Assist HRM to develop company policies (Attendant).

  Working day

 Monday-Saturday (Break one hour)
 Lunch time (12am-13pm)

Requirement:

 At lease graduate in BA or HR ;
 Good command of computer skill in Excel;
 Good command of English;
 Must have 2-3 years working experiences with FMCG or equivalent is a plus ;
 Willing to work as a team;
 Male or Female;
