  1.Carry out policy and procedure of the GCMF
2.Recruit staff as required by the President and CEO
3.Solve problem between employees and the GCMF
4.Under direct management of General Manager and President and CEO of the GCMF

Detail on Role and Duty
To run smoothly Department of Human Resource and achieve goal successfully, it required to:-
1. Compose and fulfill role and duty of Human Resource of the GCMF
2. Recruit sufficient Human Resource following direction from President and CEO
3. Facilitate and communicate with other institution in case the GCMF is guilty
4. Prepare document for promoting and transferring employee to other operation areas of the GCMF following direction of the President and CEO
5. Prepare and submit employee’s annually working appraisal document to President and CEO
6. Prepare “Decision Letter” for renewal or termination of employment contract
7. File and control employees’ personal data
8. Control monthly information of Leave and statistics of employees (if any change)
9. Attend training course and other seminaries (inside and/or outside the GCMF)

Necessary Role and Duty
1. Implement well role and duty in order to gain successful through vision and mission of the GCMF
2. Share to keep honor; reputation and work culture of the GCMF
3. Implement other duties according to revolution of the GCMF

  •Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Development or any related field
•At least 2 years working experience in HR (expertise in recruitment & selection is preferable)
•Independent, well-organized, with strong communication ability and inter-personal skills
•Good team player with commitment to quality and tight schedule
•Self-motivated, flexible and willing to work under pressure
•Good command in English and Computer literacy
