  Role and Responsibilities
 Working with line management in identifying potential training needs based on facility and field operating experiences
 Develop training programs according to approved program
 Help managers, supervisors, and personnel to ensure improve and upgrade personnel and facility performance.
 Monitor and assess performance of training conducted with approved training materials and in a manner that motivates personnel to learn
 Verify that employees participate in training and that training meets the employees' needs.
Main Duties and Functions
1/ Develop long, short-term employee development and talent management strategies and plans
 Propose and develop new employee development and talent management initiatives / programs;
 Conduct training needs analysis
 Develop, revise / update, deliver and evaluate training and development courses
 Source, liaise with and manage internal trainers and external course providers
 Assist in developing and implementing talent development and management initiatives
2/ Employee Development and Talent Management Projects
 Identify project requirements and develop project plans based on management input;
 Organize and manage project team to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards;
 Monitor project progress and update management accordingly
3/ Training and Development Consultancy and Career Coaching
 Meet with Supervisor and staff to identify training needs for training and development solutions
 Meet with course / program participants to review learning progress and course / program effectiveness
 Provide career coaching to high potential staff and tool provider
4/ Coordination and Reporting
 Support for all event and promotional activities to obtain more support from health care professionals and customers
 Coordinate with other department and sale team to achieve and improve sale target of the company
 Be able to deliver the lecture in all event as requirement of the company
   Work Experience: At least 3 years in medical area
 Education : Medical Doctor
 Skill Required: Good Communication (both written and spoken), Coaching and Negotiation Skills
 Characteristics: High commitment, open and strong leadership
