  Job Responsibility:

- Set up a system Humane Resource policy
- Ensures HR policies and systems are in compliance with local laws and
- Perform some duties such as recruitment, selection, orientation, interviewing, and
- Set up and post job announcement on website, newspaper and information board
- Maintain and update the staff database or profile both in hard and soft copy in the
- Organize job description for all departments in the company and make sure that
- Prepare all employment contracts or amendments, suspension, transfer contract for
- Monitoring, evaluating and follow-up on daily’s staff performance and make
- Review and follow up a series of changes of individual staff contracts such as regulations screening new staffs wanted. in order to look for new applicants. right manner.
each department put job description into practice. staffs and another written paperwork agreements where needed.
staffs’ appraisal. changes in payroll and benefit, changes in working hours, extension or termination of contracts, promotion or change of role, completion of probation period, letter of termination, letter of recommendation and many more.

  Requirements:

- Cambodian male or female
- Graduated university of Human Resource or General management.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel)
- At least 1 year experience (prefer)
- Language: English and Khmer
- Can be flexible in working hours
- Be positive-thinking, active, proactive, interactive and enthusiastic.
- Builds and maintains critical relationships with staffs, managers and company partners as well as stakeholders.
