  • A branch supervisor has to do the work of a mediator so will have to maintain the contact between customer and employee on the work area and will have to ensure that quality service is being applied to the customers.
• He or she will have to supervise the work of employees and will have to conduct performance evaluation of his or her team members and after that encourages them to do better in the office.
• He or she will have to keep a keen eye on the works of every employee and see who has done better then will give merit to an employee who has done a big contribution in sales and operation in order for others to follow the example.
• The branch supervisor should always try to provide help to the employees so should create the program that could help his or her staff in doing a better job and after that it is also very important to take part actively in it.
• The most important and final aim of a supervisor is to provide satisfaction to the customers therefore he or she should set some standards and measures for the work when it comes to giving satisfaction to customers.
• The important responsibility of a branch supervisor is to handle the cases of some customer complaints occurred by the provided products of company which are escalated from the supervisors.
• He or she will have to oversee all the matters of daily sales and operation assessments and as well as will have to monitor every transaction made in the business operations.
• The person should have the quality of being devoted to the business and the work so should be very dedicated and ensured about the growth of the business branch and should be very committed to its success.
• The branch supervisor has the quality of leadership, as well as the quality of carry himself or herself because it will be needed to represent the company in case of any meetings or gatherings held in the local society and will have to perform as a representative.
• He or she will be the in charge of the sanitation which is very necessary and should promote cleanliness in the vicinity of the office for the working atmosphere.
• He or she will have to be in direct contact with the employees so it is also the duty of a branch supervisor that he or she will inform all employees about non-working holidays, working holidays, and other events which may affect the daily operation of the business.
• He or she will have to look properly to the product, its marketing and processing so will have to make sure that the price of the product or services offered by the branch business is correct for both the business and customers.
• It is the most important responsibility of a branch supervisor that he or she is sending some reports to the head office and giving them updates of the business status time to time when needed.
• A branch supervisor also has to look properly to the finance and the coordination. He or she will have the determination power so can develop the annual budget for the daily expenses of the business branch.
• The branch supervisor also performs some tasks related to business as required by the Sales 3S Manager and/or Managing Director.
  • Two years of experience in motorcycle industry.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Previous industry knowledge of overall operations, management and wholesale relations is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Access is preferred.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent required.
