  ** Job Purpose
Ensuring the service operation is smooth by execute and supervisor the service activities as per standard of guideline and practice.

- Maintain and ensure that all service staff of direct reports are in full compliant to company’s policies whenever on duty.
- Conduct pre-operation briefing by giving clear instruction to employee.
- Conduct post-operation( just after the shift of after the daily operation) briefing to provide collective feedback, or any new information from guest.
- Ensure that restaurant opens on time and all miss-en –place is done, replenishment of all condiments.
- Assist restaurant Manager to do staff assignment in order to put on a clearly-defined role& responsibility.
- Assist in ”the on the job training” of the employee ensuring that they have the necessary skill to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.
- Train and coach all hostess& serve have a complete knowledge of the menu, beverage& wine list and able to explain each or drink in detail to the customer.
- Assist in implementing an effective training program for new and current staff
- Ensure and assist in the smooth running of all service procedure within the outlet as per set out in the “operational customer service manual and training”, i.e. welcoming guests, seating, order taking, serving, settling the bill, leaving)
- Handle all operational issue on the service area, including customer’s complaints or staff disciplinary issue.
- Be fully present at the service area to ensure full service coverage at all time.
- Ensure that only a product is being served (food& drinks” with food hygiene, good presentation as per standard guideline.
- Assist any staff in his/her job performance, when required, to ensure guest satisfaction
- Record all the restaurant’s defect list and report in the most timely manner.
- Assist line manager to identify& recommend incentive programs, new ideas, and methods of operation.
- Control& organize F&B equipment for the next shift/day’s operation.
- Report daily performance to line manager in the most accurate and timely manner.
- Effectively execute hand-over to next shift.
- Patrol and check within restaurant compound as per standard guideline of security and safety policy and procedure.
- Physically check and ensure all the equipment (TV, Cable channels , Wi-Fi /internet ,Fan , lighting ,sound system, Air-con ,etc….) are well function as per provided list.
- Conduct physical check as per update list to ensure all functioning area of equipment are well locked or turned off before leaving the restaurant.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate manager, which leads to guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with peer and line manager in order to meet guest’s needs or handle their complaints.
- Stay attentive to guest’s need at all time.

  - Adult below 25 years-old( female preferred)
- Reasonable appearance
- At least high school graduate
- Basic Computer skill
- Friendly, outgoing ,polite, proactive &energetic
- Well-disciplined and strong sense if drive and follow-up
- Work experience at least 3 years and in supervisory level at least 1 year
- Ability to speak English or other foreign languages is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills with various type of customer
- Experience in similar job of work in hospitality function is preferred
- Basic knowledge in food/beverage
