  • Handle with all issues related to customer services including greeting and assisting visitors and the general public with clear explanation on product and services and other businesses.
• Receive, direct and relay telephone message, and respond to public inquiries and update to line manager or relevant person.
• Assist in preparation of meetings and conference and handle the complaint from clients with supervisor.
• Monitor the office supply and equipment and coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
• Proactively develop and maintain face to face relationships with internal and external customers.
• As the first point of contact, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Perform other related duties as required
  • BBA in management, marketing, public relation or related field.
• At least 01 years working experienced in banking or MFI with customer services is preferable.
• Ability to involve with a multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Very good communication skill in English and Khmer.
• Computer literate (Ms Office, Internet and email).
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, Internet, and email etc.
• Proven experience in customer services relationship management and complaints resolution.
• Proven experience in consumer lending is advantageous.
• Proven experience in motivating and coaching a team.
• Punctuality, loyalty, and dependability.
• Good social relationship with people in all level.
