  1. To build and maintain a strong and efficient team.
2. To create loyal and trustworthy staff, who takes pride in their work providing the highest quality of food possible?
3. To ensure the good coordination of food orders.
4. To wear Company uniforms and name tags.
5. To attend kitchen supervisor briefings.
6. To have a complete understanding of information and to follow up on Hotel policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
7. To respect the kitchen organization chart.
8. Maintaining service according to plate specifications.
9. To monitor that expensive food are not wasted.
10. To monitor correct quality and quantity of all foods received for the kitchen.
11. To monitor quality and quantity of all food items being served and to maintain set levels of standards to the Hotel.
12. To maintain communication with all other Hotel departments.
13. To keep Executive Chef aware an informed on all matters of interest.
14. To check all employees regularly for cleanliness appearance and awareness of pride in their personal hygiene and in their uniforms
15. To ensure all staff is being evaluated in accordance to Human resources yearly policies.
16. Behave at all times in a manner which projects the good image of the company.
17. To develop and complement training programs and conduct training sessions.
18. To complement and maintain quality standards as they relate to sanitation and cleanliness.
19. To maintain all operating and fixed equipment.
20. To ensure that staff with direct guest contact have full knowledge of all items and methods in which way they are prepared.
21. To deliver perfectly all food items according to the methods they are prepared in front of the guests.
22. Perform any other duties as required by the General Manager, F&B Manager/ Supervisor from time to time.
  1.Minimum of 3 years in similar position in the luxury setting
2.Can create new test
3.Can work under pressure
4.Fluent English speaking – 2nd language will be highly regarded
5.Creative and innovative menu designs and presentation
6.Experience in Western and Asian food required
7.Strong Food Hygiene knowledge
