  - To oversee the day to day function of receiving and make order to suppliers.
- Receive and verify goods from suppliers (quality, quantity, time, pricing).
- To reconcile and prepare monthly expenses and weekly expenses reports.
- Prepare and verify on payment expenses to all suppliers
- Monthly checks ending stock usage by all departments.
- Find better supplier quote and submit to GM for selection.
- To work closely with the storekeeper to ensure that all goods issued and receives are properly recorded.
- To perform any other duties related to the department as assign from time to time.
  1.Bachelor Degree of Accounting and Finance or related field
2.University Student is encourage to apply for this position
3.Be able to work under pressure and prioritize works
4.Self motivate, flexible, Honest and hard working
5.Good knowledge in computer (Microsoft office, Internet and Email)
6.Good in communication skills
