  1. Greets and welcomes guests as they arrive at the hotel.
2. Registers guests according to procedure laid down.
3. Up sells accommodation where possible to walk-in guests.
4. Be aware of all rooming requirements for the day and be able to pre-block rooms for expected arrivals.
5. Receives and modifies reservations.
6. To put into effect the policy concerning key handling procedures.
7. To effect room change requests.
8. To 'sell' onward reservations to guest.
9. To have full knowledge of all vouchers in use and to be able to them into effect.
10. Provides guests with all necessary explanations while accompanying them to their rooms (Restaurant Location & its operation hours: serving Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Swimming Pool, Spa, TV, mini-bars, lighting, radio, wake up services, heating, etc).
11. Ensure correct billing to guests and other departments.
12. Ensure that all billing to guests are written in the form of vouchers and are processed according to procedures and policies.
13. Ensure all bills are charged on time to guests before check-out.
14. Undertake responsibility for usage of equipment and accessories such as fax, Internet, photocopy and…. ext.

15. Ensure that all equipment and its accessories are handled with care and that there is no misuse or mishandling of any equipment and its accessories by staff or guests.
16. Check that users of loaned items adhere to the rules and regulations relating to its use.
17. Ensure all equipment loaned out must be returned in original condition and to charge guests for any damages and to report to the General Manager.
18. Maintain all equipment in the Front Office Department and ensure they are always in good working condition.
19. Ensure float cash is adequate and efficiency for guests for both Khmer Riel & US Dollar.
20. To ensure all outgoing and incoming called are properly recorded with valid reason with date, time caller name and whom to call.
21. Comply with the policies and procedures of HanumanAlaya Boutique Residence.
22. Perform any other job-related duties assigned to him/her by the Front Office Supervisor, General Manager and the Management.

  1.Female/Male
2.Honest, friendly, flexible, interpersonal and willing to work hard.
3.High school knowledge or degree in tourism and hospitality management will be plus.
4.Good command in English and other languages will be preferred.
5.Computer course: Ms. Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail.
6.6 months-01 experience with receptionist will be plus.
7.Experience with position requirements will be encouraged to apply.
