  Service requirements / Client Requirements
• Support outsourcing team with all compliance related services
• Support and ensure compliance of the whole group
• Support in policy development and translation of policies in the office and with clients where required on consulting projects.
Training and Communication
• Be responsible for client communication on regulatory changes
• Be responsible for international training on compliance
• Be part of the our internet strategy on information sharing related to labour and social laws
Supporting Services to the Office
• Translation of laws and regulations
• Translation of corporate invitations from government
• Development of presentations and training of laws and regulations to the office
• Translation and administration services
Other
• As required from time to time that is part of secretarial and administrative services
  Education
• Prefer an economics, language or law degree however experience and demonstration of skills is more important.
• Experience in working, coordinating and following up on administration matters is critical and more important. We want demonstrated ability to follow deadlines, communicate effectively and follow up on tasks assigned.
Experience
• At least 3-4 years of experience working on legal services or corporate services in industry working with government and related laws and regulations.
• Understand insurance services and is thoroughly detailed about compliance and ensuring that compliance runs without fault
• Is able to clearly articulate complex matters to clients as to what laws state and how they are implemented in Cambodia
Computer skills
• Must be able to use Microsoft suite – email, calendar scheduling, word, excel and word.
- Attention to detail, structured, analytical
- Inquisitive, rigorous, enjoys reading and gaining knowledge
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills – written and spoken
- Able to work with government and senior executives in industry
- Can work under pressure and multi-task
- Can manage multiple priorities and prioritize. Is able to engage and work with people effectively to get things done.
- Plans carefully, anticipates challenges and road blocks and comes up with strategies to overcome obstacles in a timely manner
- Honest, professional, dynamic in business development
Leads by example, shares knowledge and makes every effort to develop others
