  - Monitor credit affair within CP Bank branch, complying with credit decisions, guidelines, credit programs and procedures.
- Provide specialist consulting credit support to ensure that client or Credit Officers are acquired and well.
- Monitoring identify branch market that impact credit risk and credit profile, and report to management.
- Approval loan request and to make sure it is follow credit program before approved.
- Manage, lead to obtain high efficiency in credit programs within CP Bank branch and ensure to achieve set plan by focusing on: Loan Approval, Loan Collection.
- To ensure all staff that related to credit must be receive training and development in credit relate matters, including actively identifying and meeting training needs.
- Manage to control loan disbursement complying with credit decisions, guidelines, credit programs and procedures
- Daily control payment in Arrears of customers
- Daily control credit reports and studies, analyze and evaluate balance of portfolio at risk and trend of credit quality of each Relationship Officer.
- Assign Collection Officers to thoroughly study on clients' living conditions and reasons of loan defaults and make loan classification and type of default clients
  - Able read and speak English and using computer
- At least bachelor degree in Finance and Banking or in related discipline
- At least two-year experience in credit operations such as Credit Officer/Credit Agent or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in of the bank’s products and services
- Ability to understand and communicate with client and other staff
- Must have a good customer services
- Ability to work under pressure and self-motivation and work hard at field
- Well coordination and collaboration with others to work as a team
- have confidence in seeking pro-active credit alternatives to ensure credit quality and acceptability, tertiary qualifications in a business related field will be preferred
- Acceptable knowledge in MFI or Bank sector
