  Delivery marketing support to promote CP Bank by:

• Planning yearly marketing strategy and calendar with external and internal stakeholders
• Managing/monitoring yearly and monthly marketing budget
• Coordinating with external agencies, day to day activities involving ongoing market research requirements including customer satisfaction monitors, mystery shopping and competitor activities
• Overall looking CP Bank’s Master Branding and ensure high level perception among customers
• Managing and coordinating tactical customer acquisition programs to meet targets as defined by the management
• Managing communications materials to support business operations
• Assisting branch network in marketing related enquiries
• Ensuring well communication both to internal and external customers on marketing activities or campaign launches
Ensure key external and joint venture relationships management are maintained by:
• Working closely with agencies to build good relationship and obtain quality work and well as cost effectiveness
• Building a network of local suppliers to provide cost effective and culturally sensitive marketing and communications programs
Contribute to customer service quality and customer satisfaction by:
• Coordinating activities that support CP Bank’s marketing and communications programs
• Monitoring customer satisfaction measurement activities
• Regularly seeking feedbacks to improve marketing communication materials; and
• Proactively demonstrating to internal and external customers a culture of service delivery and customer value.

  • Bachelor’s Degree ( Marketing and or Business is preferred )
• Proven coordination and implementation skills for over 2 years
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a managerial or supervising position
• Demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of marketing activities and a tactical communications and
marketing plan
• Ability to think laterally and creatively
• Superior communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of organizations
• A willingness and demonstrated capacity to operate in a complex, matrix environment with multiple, often conflicting demands
• Proven ability to establish credibility and maintain and develop good business relationships with high profile suppliers and internal customers.
• Flexible with the ability to assimilate analyses and act decisively a demanding role/environment
