  - Responsible with leading and controlling all tellers directly.
- Controlling and keeping cash with all value documents in safety place.
- Responsible with training and supporting new tellers recruited and tellers.
- Provide knowledge to your staff and train them to become a skill full staff.
- Responsible with cash management plan for branch. Make plan for cash flow in an accurate, precisely and ensure that is enough cash for support a whole branch operation. For unused or remain cash must keep in a safety place.
- Manage and check all cash flow in-out processes for customers like: cash withdrawal, cash repayment, cash deposit, cash transfer and other cash expenses… but must follow by the bank rule with accurate manner.
- Control and solve all problems appeared and correct it on time. In case that lost or over cash in procession, we must contract to cash management division urgently to solve this problem on time.
- Manage and control all data entry in system (if needed)
- Do daily cash flow report and transfer to branch manager to sign on and must responsible for other tasks according to the manager required or manage in your duty.
  - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related file.

- Experience from bank or MFI is preferred

- Sound good in communication skills both English and Khmer (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to deal with customers and staff at all levels
- Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure, delivering work in a timely and accurate manner
- Strong initiative and a proactive attitude to undertake responsibilities which add value
- Interest and enthusiasm to understand the activities and operations of the business
