  - Ensure the smooth running of the properties facilities and day-to-day operation.
- Able to liaise and co-ordinate with Consultant, relevant Authority agency, Client and contractors.
- Leading technical teams in installation, trouble shooting, preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Budgeting and managing expenses to meet bottom line.
- Managing customer relations and business operation processes.
- Developing Standard Operating Procedures and good practices to accomplish desired business goals.
- Conduct regular site inspections for assigned property.
- Monitor and keep track of building’s operation costs.
- Attend to clients ’feedback and complaints on maintenance issued, security management and other daily affair items.
- Work closely with Sales Manager and Lease Manager to ensure property is ready for tenants to move-in on agreed date.
- Identify and address staff training and coaching needs.
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department.
- Developing customer service standards, policies and procedures for the company or department.
- Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management.
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management and or other related field
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Previous Experience working in hotel or project management is advantage, but not required
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and organizational skill
- Professional and meticulous character with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint….
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to unexpected work demands
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and multiple deadline
