  The purpose of brand manager is to carry out an effective marketing performance in order to improve the brand reputation, influence purchase and raise the sales volume. Overall, responsible for development, management and implementation of all the efforts as outlined in the annual marketing plan.

• Brand strategy: Conduct analysis of market and competitive trends to develop annual and 3-year marketing plans according to company’s portfolio strategy and long term business goals.

• Brand Management & Implementation: To define the brand’s status and to drive team to create and implement outlined brand activities in a timely and quality manner, within all approved budgets as per brand plan

• Drive innovation, brand development: To conduct/drive research-based results on consumer needs. Thereafter, to use consumer insights to develop appropriate brand developments / innovation required for growth of brand health and performance.

• Collaboration with respective stakeholders and cross-functional teams on brand campaign development, implementation, monitoring and review: To drive, plan and manage project team (both internal and external) to achieve results in marketing related activities on product development, advertising, consumer activation, sponsorship, PR, online/digital marketing.. And to conduct post campaign reports to capture results and identify areas for future improvements.

• Budget management and control: Plan annual marketing budget to achieve the desired brand performance, and monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance to company objectives.

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Marketing and Business Administration

• 3 to 5 years of brand marketing experience with all exposure to all elements in the marketing mix.

• Ability to identify or determine key priorities and brand needs.

• Ability to translate marketing strategy into tactics and ideas into action.

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Good computer knowledge, Ms office applications and design software

• Superior communication skills; excellent verbal and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.

• Ability to communicate and work with a variety of personalities.

• Self-motivated and proactive professional.

• Creative and an eye for detail.

• Flexibility and adaptability.

• Result-oriented and meeting datelines.
