  - Responsible for the administration and operation of the Kitchen.
- Responsible for implementation of consistent quality standard in food preparation and presentation of food room the kitchen for the restaurant and banquet.
- Responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food items from his/ her section in the menu, buffet set- up and banquet functions.
- Responsible for maintaining high sanitation standard in the kitchen.
- Responsible for market awareness in terms of trends, new systems and practices in food preparation.
- Responsible for providing functional assistance to the Kitchen staff during meal period.
- Responsible for supervising all the kitchen staff in the performance of their jobs.
- Responsible for ensuring sufficient operation equipment and in good working condition to operate the kitchen.
- Responsible for controlling and analyzing on an ongoing basis, the following: (Quality levels of production & preparation, Guests and staff satisfaction, Merchandising and Marketing, Operating costs, payroll and related expenses and food costs.
- Sanitation, hygiene & cleanliness.
- All other duties as assigned.

  - High School diploma or the equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Outstanding oral written English and Thai communication skills.
- 30 years old and above.
- High Standard of customer services.
- Performance Management skills and Communication skills.
- Accounting skills.
- Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards.
- Ability to read, understands, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Knowledge of maintenance and care of culinary facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards.
- Ability to lead and train staffs.
- Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
- Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
