  - Attend HOD meetings as the head of Department.
- Responsible for all Gaming Staff and Management
- Statistical analysis of all gaming related figures
- Projections and planning for business development
- Financial reporting to General Manager and Directors, both daily and monthly
- Evaluate or assessment of Casino Shift Managers, Casino Floor Manager and Assistant Pit Managers’ performance
- Planning and implementing Gaming Procedure changes
- Manpower planning and development
- Staff recruitment and training
- Budget and cost monitoring
- Planning for any future expansion
- Ensuring the upkeep of all gaming equipment
- Reviews on operational and management improvement
- Staff discipline and counseling
- Liaising with other departmental heads to ensure the smooth day to day running of the casino
- Dispute settlement if needed, in accordance with the “Limits of Authority”
- All other duties as assigned.
  - Bachelor’s degree in General Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience as Casino Shift Manager or Assistant Casino Shift Manager
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportion situations
- Human Relation skills. Must be a “people-person” who thrives on public contact.
- Performance Management skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and team building.
- Computer literacy of basic administrative.
- Outstanding oral written English communication skills.
- Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset.
- Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
- Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
- Ability to attend to more than one task at a time.
- Office organizational skills, high standards of customer services.
- Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
