Job Purpose

- Business control (Analyze and reporting), provide timely inputs and views of business performance.
- Business challenge (part of business of MMS team that relation to the bigger project in order to build proper spending activities)
- The position is CBU and Co-pilot team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Business Controlling

- Business reporting, monitoring & analysis as defined
- Prepare analysis/monitoring templates for bridge calculation and simulation, trending analysis with other functions/sections
- Prepare/lead/participate where required in Management/ Regional reporting packages such as Scorecard and rolling forecast, monthly submissions
- Prepare and perform presentations for business/project review

Business Challenge :

- Involve with MMS team that related to the bigger project in order to build proper spending activities
- Participate in MMS activities to gain knowledge and understanding
- Provide MMS teams and to management sound business and financial advice/recommendations in alignment with business and financial strategies
- Provide sound arguments and inputs for alignment to business objectives/targets and forecast
- Provide sound analysis/advice/inputs and solutions to financial challenges in business operations and reporting
- Open way / business case study for new product launching
- Verify on promotion brief / conduct ROI exercise


Job Specifications

Qualifications and Education:

(Required minimum academic and/or technical qualifications obtained from a recognized course of study, normally exceeding one year.
- Typically it would be a level between anywhere from School Certificate up to a Post-Graduate Degree)
- University degree, major in Finance


(Type and duration of specific additional specialized training courses attended after academic qualification(s) achieved, and any in-
house training qualifications)


(Number of years of experience in the job you are seeking to fill. Number of years of work experience required for the selected candidate)
- Accounting, commercial and auditing with at least 5-year working experience in equivalent position and having experienced international accounting practice

- Understand the importance of meeting corporate (multinational) reporting deadlines
