  • Manage team leaders and group of agents
• Monitoring contact center agent group performance and take appropriate measurements with target setting.
• Offering immediate solutions to customers with issues and complaints, which asked or es-calated by subordinates
• Prepare schedule - Shift planning, organize and day by day management
• Monitor quality of agents as per process and procedure.
• Guarantee the policy compliance of subordinates – Company and contact center policy
• Main person to conduct training on new products, promotion, performance KPI…etc
• Good at persuasive and encouraging subordinates to work hard
• Being creative, innovative and dynamic with strong attention to customers
• Monitor and maintain working environment
• Daily, weekly and monthly report to CC Manager/CS Manager
• Staff performance appraisal
•Complete all ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team
• Initiate good idea for improvement
• Strong commitment to achieve target
• Working hour from 2PM – 10PM
. Financial Impact: Must commit and achieve limited target and KPI set.
. Number of maximum associates supervised: 100 agents

  A. Academic Qualification:
• Female/Male candidates are encouraged.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Be able to speak and writing English and Khmer (more than 2 languages is advantage)
• Professional certification of Customer Services relevance.
B. Skills required:
• Management skill
• Good communication skill.
• Flexible in working time. And good time management.
• Full of self-responsibilities
• Strongly in solving the complaint
• Customer service talent, friendly, and patient
• Good at MS office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Working Experience:
• Telecom experiences is advantages
• Be the team leader or supervisor role for at least 1 year
• Lady n is encouraged
