  Research and Analysis
• research and analyze market conditions of current postpaid services
• identify key competitor and consumer trends
• articulate market requirements and opportunities
• identify opportunities for new services innovation and enhancement for postpaid services
• work with research regarding service development
Product Planning and Management
• review existing postpaid subscriber base and price plans
• determine new postpaid service specifications, packaging, bundling plan and other solutions that move consumers or corporate clients from time to time
• define the long term strategy, product roadmap, planning and forecasting
• prepare necessary document to launch a new service including Product Concept Paper, Business Case, Proposal and Product Development Document (PDD) containing and product use cases to drive correct product implementation
• develop pricing strategies and service policies
• negotiate with suppliers or other related third parties
• oversee future service development
• manage, coordinate and foster working relationship within internal organization and third parties related to postpaid & enterprise product to ensure smooth & profitable result
• Develop packages by bundling various combinations of services to target potential market segments
Product Marketing
• develop marketing plan and event campaigns to generate service awareness and demand
• support sales and marketing with the necessary knowledge and technical expertise of your services
• coordinate with the high value Enterprise Sales team to drive last mile delivery of postpaid propositions
• conduct presentations of Postpaid & Enterprise services
• develop sales tools and sales training material related to Postpaid launch
• implement marketing plan in conjunction with all departments
• drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability
• carry out customer research and market intelligent activities to proactively repel attacks from competition

Customer and End-User Support
• manage postpaid services related support, feedback and inquiries from users or Enterprise Sales team
• co-ordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback
• co-ordinate with Enterprise Sales team for any new requirement
perform other tasks as required by superior

  • Bachelor degree in relevant fields (Bachelor in Marketing is preferable)
• 1 year of relevant working experience (having previous product management experience in Telco or similar big industry is a plus)
