  I.Job Responsibilities:

- Answer call professionally and follow up subscriber complaint
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate sources
- Complete a required report in system/send to Team - Leader/Supervisor

  III. Job Requirment:

- Bachelor’s degree (Graduated/under graduated)
- Good computer and communication skills
- Good Khmer and English both spoken and written

- Working time:
. Shift A: 6:00am-14:00pm
. Shift A2: 10:00am-15:00pm (part time)
. Shift B: 14:00pm-22:00pm
. Shift B1:15:00pm-23:00pm
. Shift B2:18:00pm-23:00pm (part time)
- Working day is six days per week
- One day off per week is rotated
- Required to work on public holiday with holiday bonus
- Able Able to attend the training from 8:00am-17:00pm per the first week.
