  * Data Entries into QuickBooks of Outsourcing Accounting Database
- Record daily outsourcing business transaction into QuickBooks
- Make sure the data is completed and accurate
- Receive payment from client
- Petty cash and bank reconciliation
- Internal payment process
- Assist the team by generating the report to the team
- Paying vendors
- Manage Client accounting database which will be allocated
- Fill all documents in order and ensure the files are kept in a safe order
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisors/manager

* Project Implementing
- Collect staff information and prepare employee file
- Fill documentation in order for each different client
- Check the monthly expense claim from staff to ensure it is accurate and follow the company policy or agreement.
- Prepare and process payroll for employees
- Prepare payment voucher
- Ensure Employment contract and other agreement are signed and file properly
- Ensure the insurance are coverage for employee per company policy
- Calculate OT and other business claims
- Ensure all update information received on time from the client
- Communicate with outsourcing staffs (External)
- Communicate with project supervisor and client
- Issue monthly invoices to client
- Follow up the payment
- Calculate salary and benefit tax
- Process monthly Tax declaration and NSSF
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisors/manager

* Team related work
- Support on administration work
- Train the intern staff if the supervisor has assigned
- Help the team if needed

  - Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Admin or related field from a reputable university
- Very good practical knowledge and experience of QuickBooks
- Very good command of English
