  The Head of Retail will lead newly structured department that aims to leverage on our retail presence nationwide to deliver Great Customer Experience by showcasing and educating all our consumers regarding Smart's product and services. The Device Team will also be reporting directly to this Head of Retail in order to ensure there is always a relevant ragne of devices and accessories fo the shop nationwide to store, display, sell, and competitive price at all times

I.Job Description:
+ Production Positioning & Strategic
- Deliver a 3 year business plan to grow the Retail Business to the next level beyong just Device or Device Bunding
- Create the perception the Smart Shop is the first place for our consumer to discover, try & Buy, receive product education and obtain after sales support for 4G LTE devices, Music & Lifestyle apps & Content and other services.
- Leverage our largest of retail presence, we can work closely with devcie & solution partners in order to be first to showcase their latest product and service
- Work closely with right devcie & solution partners in our GTM plans ( Press Events, Product Launches and A&P)
- Develop Device product Roadmap and pricing strategy with support from our key device partners to ensure our product & service remains competitive in the market place.
+ Performance Management:
- Deliver the Year 1 business target ( 2016) of Revenur, device Market share by category and Customer Satisfaction index and NPS
- Manage the performance of the entire retail force daily, weekly adn quarterly to ensure all targets will be met or exceed
- Create program that will drive traffic into our retail presene
- Continue to have program that will create awareness of our shop presence among the population within 1 Km , 5Km, and 10 Km respectively
- Preparation of the sales incentives program for all sales coded personal
- Ensure call plan, daily brief and daily task by all retail team are being executed
Ensure our inventory at all shops are optimized at all times
- Ensure the team always exceed the mystery shopping targets in our customer service, retail and overall shop ambiance
+ Customer Service:
- Work closely with Digital Transformation Team to ensure most of our touch points within the retail shop are reengineered towards digitalization, self service ad mobile friendly
- Work closely with Digital Transformation Team on consumer profile to ensure all our vaulable assets and information are accurate and in good order
- Work closely with Digital Transformation Team to ensure all our policy and process are in place and under control
+ People Management:
- hire & Develop the right line superivsor that can lead and manager their own shop respectively
- Organize training program to groom towards a highly effectively retail force and willing to be a coach and mentor to the team leaders
- Guide and support new sales personal in customer handling and possible show them how to solve complication complains

  II. Job Requirement and Conditions:
- Degree in BBA, Sales and Marketing or similar one
- Good office management skills ( Miscrosft Office...)
- Excellent Communication and personal skills , specially people managment
- Able to communicate in khmer and English; Chinese is a must.
- 5 year of relevant experience in Customer Service, Retail, and Mobile Technology
- 3 year in Retail and people management
- Experience in Retail of garments or gadgets may be a good pivotal experience
