  This role is to provide and support to subscribers to front line:
- Handling complaint from prepaid customer.
- Coordinating with policy check CDR, identification of subscriber, location of subscriber
- Coordinating with DDD, sale support and dealer processing application subscriber registration
- Verifying data profile of subscriber and modifying profile when get complaint from customer via front line
- Activating testing number and internal employee and intern staff, VIP number, and prepaid request front intern department or from Modern Trade.
- Solving complaint from email 888, helpdesk online.
- Be able to give an immediate, support to customer service team
- Well trained and know clearly about the product knowledge and system.
- Do summary daily, weekly, monthly report for management
  . IT Students are prioritize
. Good in typing skill(fast and correct spelling)
. High level in computer skills(Microsoft Office)
. Fluent Khmer and decent English both spoken and written
. Be able to work under pressure
. Willing to help and support team.
