1-Seller 10 postions
-Sale to the market of Company’s product and Outlets with customers
-Commit to hit the target by month with FCS controlling
-To clear the bills from customers
-Use promotion and price list with the right shop and the right time

2- Sale supervisor 5 positions
ពណ៌នាការងារ
-Allocated target by teams get from SM
-Commit to achieve the target
-Develop sales information system, within the sales department, so as to achieve a continuous insight into the sales performance and progress as well as deviations from forecasts and planning by Outlets and SKU.
-Request promotion by month or by marker ( display scheme or other activities in the market)
-To clear the competitor activities and find the solution for protect with them and request other promotion for fighting
-Develop market increase outlets, SKU, with use census outlets and brand focus
-Prepare all document achievement and incentive for sale teams or SD ( Volume and SKU ) by month and 3month
-Follow and check report by Supervisor, SD (daily, weekly, monthly, co, fcs, distribution check list …)

-A college diploma or university degree in business, tourism or marketing may be an asset

3- SALE MANAGER
ពណ៌នាការងារ
- Manage an entire products line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Achieving target, Improve performance sale team to standard
- Set quotas approved by top management, define strategies to achieve targets and adhere to the strategies.
- Understand company trends and competitions.
- Ensure sales to all area and assigned to control
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors/customers
- Be responsible for creation, production and purchasing of all marketing materials for advertisement support sales team/customer
- Work closely with vendors to gain support for plan implementation and promotion activities
- Liaise with vendors to get the optimum price, services & marketing support
- Maintain direct contact with vendors, existing clients, potential prospects and our internal team
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct report as and when needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
- Minimum five years in project sales experience, specializing in FMCG of a CRM Tool.
- Ability to effectively identify and qualify prospects in new market areas with strong
- Strong relationship management and development aptitude
- Ability to work as a team and hard working
- Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position, strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow up skills.
- Self-starter, multi-tasking and ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills in English.
