  1. Scope of work
Is an Ambassador of the Company in PP and builds on the Company’s assets to boost its notoriety in order to increase its commercial presence.
1.1. Management of the Phnom Penh Boutique
1.2. Business development / Networking / PR

2. Duties
2.1. Management of the boutique as flagship of our presence in PP.
2.1.1. Management of the sales team
2.1.2. Management of the stocks
2.1.3. Implementation of the defined display consistently over time;
2.1.4. Shop overall aspect (cleaning, maintenance and repairs), and safety
2.1.5. Shops’ cash and revenues reconciliations with Finance department
2.2. Business development / Networking / PR
2.2.1. Understanding of the PP market and survey the competition
• Identification of the targets and their prioritization (in terms of cost segments, location, product ranges … );
• Making proposals to fine tune the strategy.
2.2.2. Business development
• Prospection in cooperation with the CEO and SMD
• Proposal in cooperation with SMD, Design and Production
• Contract in cooperation with SMD/SG
• Project management in cooperation with SMD, SG/SC, Design, Production and Finance
• Reporting
2.2.3. Welcoming of VIP / corporate clients in the boutique
• Advising VIP on existing items or suggesting tailor-made products
• Understanding the needs of corporate clients and liaise with the HO to identify commercial opportunities
2.2.4. In cooperation with the Communication Department and under the guidance of the Sales and Marketing Director, organization of events promoting the boutique / collections / brand / company;
2.2.5. Representation of the company in networking events / commercial fairs / institutional workshops
• To identify commercial opportunities;
• To identify persons / groups of influence that may contribute to increase the brand awareness and establish and maintain a contact to deliver the company’s message;
• To promote the collections/ brand / company depending on the event and the company’s needs at the time.
• To gather information relevant to the Company’s operations

  3.1. Requirements
3.1.1. Age:
• 30+.
3.1.2. Education:
• University degree in any relevant fields.
3.1.3. Experience:
• 5+ years in B2C (retail) and/or B2B.
3.1.4. Personality traits
• Able to conduct a commercial deal from A to Z.
• Well-spoken and elegant.
• Able to interact with an upscale clientele and VIP
• Autonomous and self-started, while able to report and involve the management when required, timely and on purpose
3.2. Advantages (3 among the following are required)
3.2.1. Experience in:
• Decoration products / jewelry / fashion / textile / tableware / luxury goods.
• Tourism / hospitality industry: agencies, TO, hotels, MICE.
• Merchandising and display;
• Team management
• Project management
