  -STAMFORD International Academy. the Hatha Job's partner company,recruiting staff from the center,where is located​​ in Building no. 131, St. 271 (Phlov Lum 5C), Boeng Salang quarter, Toul Kork district, Phnom Penh city, Kingdom of Cambodia.The school is seeking for Branch Manager Position
1. Financial Management:
- Oversee monthly accounting and report financials to director/CEO or school board,
- Spend within budget,
- Employ accountant to perform yearly audit of school financial records.

2. Communication and Reporting:
- Monthly/Quarterly reporting and financial to Director and CEO, 
- Annual report submitted to Director/CEO.

3. Student Enrolment/ Family Interaction:
- Seek ways to maintain and develop enrolment to target children, 
- Create opportunities for interaction with, and input from, student’s families,
- Monitor student progress (collate data from head teacher and program supervisor).
4. Community and Organizational Networking:
- Develop and maintain links with community and government partner that can assist the school in achieving its goals, 
- Managing and maintaining school program through regular communication with Director/CEO.

5. Staff Management:
- Run weekly staff meetings and respond to staff input,
- Supervise all staff and ensure completion of their tasks,
- Resolve conflict, 
- Hire and terminate staff when appropriate,
- Organize staff parties,
- Manage staff professional development.,
- Conduct annual staff performance reviews.

6. Other Responsibilities:
- Explore opportunities (organizational, physical and economic) to develop the school to best serve the interests of children and student parents, 
- Assess new program ideas against core goals of the school and program conditions,
- Manage the School in accordance with legal requirements,
- Focus on sustainable development for the School,
- Ensure the School financial and management decisions are transparent and justifiable,

  - Master Degree in education or equivalent,
- At least 5 years experiences in management, preferably in the educational sector,
- Knowledge of the principles and techniques of management including organization, planning, staffing, training, budgeting, and reporting,
- Knowledge of methods of research and analysis, work standards, and work simplification,
- Knowledge of training and supervisory techniques,
- Ability to instruct, direct, and evaluate employees,
- Strong command of written and verbal English,
- Have excellent presentation skills
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Have a high sense of ethics,
- Ability to establish and maintain effective communication with government officials, and other related organizations,
- Ability to communicate effectively.
