  -Report to Director General and Head of Assistant and Advisor Office and cooperate with all Office Department; supervise all branches related to Sale and Marketing.
-Organize all events to respond to ABI’s schedule and development.
-Lead marketing event such ABI day and launching new branches.
-Cooperate with potential partners and sponsors to operate possible events which provide benefit of sale, marketing, and SR to the school.
-Identify new market trend and plan for respond.
-Identify competitors’ SWOTs and develop marketing strategies.
-Meet potential customers to introduce and sale our educational services.
-Improve customer service system especially with receptionists and all other related staff; plan and train needed skills such communication strategy and customer care.
-Do market research of the competition within each branch area by developing map of competition, strategies plans, master plans, competitors’ SWOTs and determine our SWOTs by each branch and present to the Board of Management.
-Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
-Forecast monthly sale target and plan to achieve it.
-Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
-Research and build relationships with new and potential clients and turn this into increased business.
-Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in sales.
-Submit weekly, monthly, termly, semester, and annually progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
-Plan weekly, monthly, termly, and semester actions and strategies development.
-Create and develop the school profile for sale and market purpose.
-Investigate for the exact reason if students quit or transfer each month or by case
-Do customer survey (potential customers) and students and guardian survey (existing customers).
-Organize and keep up-to-date of the school website and Facebook.
