  *** Duties and Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure HR and Administration operations are carried within KAK’s head office facilities in accordance with the policy and procedures
• Assist COO in recommending the upgrade of facilities to improve operations, productivity and efficiency
• Supervise daily maintenance security of KAK’s properties and facilities
• Manage transportation services including vehicle responsibility, care of keys, maintenance and registration
• Prepare and edit various types of correspondence and manage the process of incoming, outgoing, mail and document distribution and tracking
• Prepare and edit other documents such as memos, report and leasing agreement,
• Take minutes of meeting as requested
• Ensure the renewal of leasing agreements, insurance policies and other contracts in a timely manner
• Ensure that document/files are in safe and secure storage
• Manage archives (File, documents, materials, ect. Including retrieval and disposal in accordance with the regulations)
• Support staff recruitment and casual labor
• Handle staff attendance, OT and ect.
• Prepare staff payroll and casual labor payroll
• Handle staff insurance claims and reimbursement
• Maintain staff data base and personal files
• Carry out other administration tasks as maybe assigned by COO

  *** Qualification:

• At least year III in management or administration
• At least 01 years working experience in HR and/or administration
• Good practical knowledge of Cambodia labor law
• Highly motivated and good initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Intermediate skill level in MS Word, MS Excel pivot tables, and other MS office applications.

*** Special Requirement and Personal Characteristics:

• Age between 21 and 35 years
• High level of written and oral communication skills
• Good written and speaking English
• Willing to work in challenging
• Honesty, Accountability, Hardworking and Flexibility
• Ability to work independently, project and safeguard confidential information, great attention to detail and to meet deadlines
• Strong and independent thinker and influencer
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to excise sound judgment and make decision based on accurate and timely analyses.
