  +RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment management
2. Training and Development management
3. Compensation and Benefit management
4. Employee evaluation
5. Employee relation
6. Labor law management
7. Admin work management( official letter management, Purchase management)
8. Other Duties and tasks assigned by Manager

Working Detail

1. Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection,compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations
2. Participate in the full set of recruitment functions, including job fair coordination, job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, employment contract preparation, conducting new join orientation, etc
3. Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
4. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, resignation, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, personal time and monitor daily attendance
5. Process monthly payroll for all staff
6. Control all the attendant record from all departments
7. Control all staff check in and check out by Finger Print system every day
8. To assist with general manager in do daily report or other assignment, valuation, training policy’s company to new staffs.
9. Manage admin work such as official letter as well
10. Manage purchase process(Quotation, supplier, purchase order and purchasing)
11. Other task assign by GM

+REQUIREMENTS

1. Good command of spoken and written English
2. Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
3. Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
4. Well versed in regulatory practices
5. Attentive to details, well organized, strong analytical mind, great initiative with least supervision
6. Proactive, enthusiastic and positive thinking with strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Capable to work under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management skill
8. Proficient in MS Office application
9. Good command of written and spoken English

+BENEFITS & CONDITIONS

- Working Time: 7:30~17:00PM
- Working Days: Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Fri / Sat (Half) / Sat (Full)
- Holiday: Sun / Legal holiday
- Salary: $ 200 ~ $ 300
