1. Public Relation Associate

 

We are looking for a full-time Public Relation Associate based in Phnom Penh.

 

Responsibilities:

•    Publish existing PRs (from Brand & Sales)
•    Conduct the translation or write articles if required
•    Cooperate and assist Deputy Editor-in-Chief for Commercial and Branding
•    Take care all equipment by working closely with Admin, IT, and related departments
•    Organize monthly OT list and working shift (early morning, weekends/holidays)
•    Organize and compile weekly sharing session and weekly report
•    Report to Managing Editor
•    Other tasks will be assigned

 

Requirements

•    Candidates must be at least in year 3 in Media, management, or other related field
•    Experience in administrative work and media relations
•    Self-confident and outgoing personality
•    Organized and detail oriented
•    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•    Good command in English
•    Computer literacy

 

2. Personal Assistant 

 

We are looking for a full-time Personal Assistant based in Phnom Penh.

 

Responsibilities

•    Manages the day-to-day operations of the office
•    Diligently handles all document maintenance including internal documents, spreadsheets, expense reports, meeting minutes
•    Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
•    Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence; speaking for the executive
•    Manages projects and conducts research
•    Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
•    Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations
•    Provides quality customer service
•    Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
•    Performs any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

 

Requirements

•    Diploma in Secretary or equivalent
•    Minimum 2-year working experience in secretarial or administrative work
•    Be able to speak and write English, good command in Chinese is preferred
•    Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
•    Ability to handle private and confidential matters
•    Be extremely hardworking, proactive, organized and detail-oriented; flexible thinker
