  - Operations manager is over responsible for the front desk, bellhop, housekeeping, laundry, landscaping, food & beverage production and services, engineering, etc.
• The Hotel operations manager is responsible for making sure hotel guests have the best experience possible during their stay in the hotel so that they may in turn decide to book another stay at the hotel.
• A Hotel operations manager will make decisions that he think will improve the overall experience for
guests,including hoteldecorandstaffing.
• Hotel operations manager is responsible for dealing with any complaints; guests may have about their
stay in the hotel.
• The hotel operations manager works directly with HOD’s and staff of operations depart, motivating them
to do the best job possible and provide great service to hotel guests.
• A hotel operations manager will also often hold training sessions with HoD’s & staff to help them
become acquainted with hotel policies and motivate them to help the hotel succeed together.
• Co-ordinate the activities of operations i.e. electricity, water, transportation, etc. organization, in
conjunction with the Maintenance and Food and Beverage Managers, Executive Housekeeper, Chief
Engineer, etc.
• Confer and cooperate with management personnel in formulating administrative and operational policies
and procedures
• Direct and coordinate activities of operations department to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities,
and personnel
• Enforce compliance of operations personnel with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and
governmental regulations
• Follow up on Planning & Launching Promotions during Festive occasions in co-ordination with F&B,
Chef, Sales dept. etc. and implement the same.
• Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to hotel policies and
procedures.
• Co-ordinate, initiate, Training programs for staff members.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services, and resolve occupants' complaints.
• Coordinate front-office activities of the hotel and resolve problems.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
• Participate in financial activities such as the setting of room rates, the establishment of budgets, and the
allocation of funds to departments.
• Ensure there exists system for telephone answering services, deliver mail and packages, or answer
questions regarding locations for eating and entertainment information for guests at guest services.
• Ensure regular notices are displayed for guest information pertaining to maintenance work, functions and
other activities as part of our services by way of information.
• Confer and cooperate with other managers to ensure coordination of hotel activities.
  - At least from 5years experience in hotel industry
- Good at communication, willing to work over time and mature
-English communication is very good
-Honest, Flexible and Maturity
