Position: Procurement Manager
Location: Phnom Penh
Salary & Benefit Package: 848USD-1,060USD per month dependent on your experience and qualifications

I. THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To lead and manage the Procurement Unit (PU) in ensuring that World Vision International base in Cambodia (WVI-Cambodia) procures its services and materials needed at the most efficient and effective cost in a timely manner.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To lead and manage Procurement modernisation for Cambodia
2. To lead and manage the team to continuously improve WVI procurement processes to deliver quality procurement services
3. To support and collaborate with all operations/programs/departments within WVI-Cambodia to ensure the best procurement service in the operations areas
4. To support and collaborate with all operations/programs/departments within WVI-Cambodia to ensure the best procurement service in the operations areas
5. To build capacity of both procurement staffs and other WVI-Cambodia staffs to ensure the highest standards of procurement is practiced without any risk or conflict of interest
6. Coordinate global procurement involving the WVI-Cambodia Global Procurement Office.

  III. REQUIREMENTS:
1. University Degree in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field
2. At least 3 years experience in procurement and administration with more than 2 years in management role
3. Sense of personal responsibility and accountability
4. Analytical skills for items and services in free markets
5. Excellent knowledge of English language, ability to speak and write well, especially writing Contract/Agreement for procurement, and willingness to improve further
6. Good communication skills - customer service oriented, willingness for self-development, acquiring new skills and knowledge
7. Honest and sense of stewardship.
8. Able to embrace organizational values towards the mission of WVI
