  - Build and maintain relationships with customers and trade partners.
+ Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
+ JOB DUTIES Information Management
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information of trade and market movement.
- Studies competitive landscape and updates the management on market related activities periodically.
- Identifies product improvements and provides customer & trade feedback for new product development Business Development.
- Establishes a trade channel for the distribution of company’s range of Fertilizers, Pesticides, and Growth Nutrients in provinces
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner & customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads joint partner planning activities and develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Ensures partner compliance with agreements Sales and Commercial.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Sells through trade channel and direct retail to end users, at times in coordination with channel resources.
- Engages end-customers customers and builds a healthy pipeline of current and future sales.
- Influences pricing strategy of the company in line with product features, competition pricing, and expectations of the market.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Drives adoption of company programs Page | 2 Team / Relationship.
- Work with after-sales team to ensure that customer requirements are met in line with company & brand policies - Work with the product & marketing team and coordinate activities with partners brands / suppliers Supply Chain.
- Maintain desirable levels of inventory at channel partners and ensure their deliveries are made on time as stated in the PO.
- Initiate shipment for dealer transfers.
  - Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.
- Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (skills may be tested at the interview).
- Good sense of verbal & written Khmer and English communication skills.
- Ability to converse in Chinese and / or Thai would be an added advantage.
- Extensive travel to provinces.
- Valid Driving License.
+EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Graduate / Bachelors degree with English as the formal language; Major in agriculture and related fields would be an added advantage.
- 3-4 years’ experience in sales of Agricultural Inputs such as Fertilizers, Pesticides, and Growth Nutrients REPORTING STRUCTURE.

- Salary: $500 - $1000
- Working day: Monday to Friday, Half working day on Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00
- Working Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Holiday: Sunday and national public holidays.
